In order to make consumers feel touched and happy in the field of surface treatment technology, we are constantly making progress. The company started with only 2 steaming machines, hand spray cabinets and only a dozen employees at the beginning of its establishment, and has expanded to 12 molding machines, 5 automatic spray lines, 2 vacuum steaming machines, 4 laser engraving machines and printing machines. 6 sets, with more than 150 outstanding employees.
As a pioneer in environmental improvement model factories in Shanghai, China, WAKO makes every effort to reduce industrial waste, reduce the use of limited resources, and promote environmental protection for all employees-effective recycling. In the production process, water-based paint that does not pollute the environment is used, and VOC (RTO) management is used for paint mist generated during painting. For the sewage treatment, the paint slag is decomposed to achieve zero sewage discharge. In terms of product manufacturing, we have thoroughly implemented zero waste (elimination of bad). In the past, the through rate was as high as 97.5% from 2015 to 2018. We will continue to work on the cause of environmental improvement. The ultimate goal is to achieve a through rate of 100%.
